- What payers are covered in Pro?
- Ohio behavioral health payers including Optum (UHC), Molina Healthcare, Buckeye Health Plan, and CareSource. Coverage expands as new entries are added.
- What does unlimited lookups mean?
- Pro subscribers have no monthly lookup cap. The anonymous quota (5/month) and the free-tier quota reset monthly -- Pro removes both limits entirely.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from your Account page. You'll retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
- Does patient data enter your system?
- Never. The decoder only processes CARC and RARC codes -- no patient names, DOB, claim numbers, or PHI of any kind.
